Why we established Windaxis
Windaxis EPC Solution Pvt Ltd was established to meet clients’ growing need for coordinated project services. The company brings together experience in wind turbine installation, civil construction and industrial works. Led by Gurpreet Singh, Nishan Singh and Krishna Dixit, Windaxis focuses on site execution, manpower deployment and resource coordination within agreed project scopes.

Our business journey
1994 | Mr. Jarnail Singh
Mr. Jarnail Singh worked as a crane operator on wind turbine installation activities in Tamil Nadu. His practical experience in lifting operations and site execution laid the foundation for the family’s journey in wind energy.
2006 | Nishan Engineering
Building on his experience, Mr. Jarnail Singh established Nishan Engineering, marking the transition from individual technical expertise to an organised engineering business.
2011 | J.S & Company
Mr. Jarnail Singh supported his elder son, Mr. Nishan Singh, in establishing J.S & Company, carrying the family’s engineering and project execution experience forward.
2018 | J.S & Sons
Mr. Jarnail Singh helped his younger son, Mr. Gurpreet Singh, establish J.S & Sons, extending the family’s involvement in wind installation, manpower and industrial services.

Planning for dependable delivery+
Windaxis works towards agreed project milestones through resource planning, daily coordination and timely escalation of issues. Delivery commitments must reflect the approved scope, site readiness and practical execution conditions. Our approach is to make dependencies visible early and keep the client informed as conditions change.
Schedule and resource readiness
Mobilisation plans connect workforce availability, cranes, access equipment, tools and supporting arrangements to the planned work sequence. Release of completed civil works, component deliveries and required approvals are reviewed with the responsible parties so that readiness gaps can be addressed before they affect critical activities.
Daily progress and coordinated work fronts
Supervisors monitor completed work, available work fronts and the resources needed for upcoming tasks. Progress updates identify pending decisions, inspection needs and material or equipment constraints. Coordination between mechanical, civil and electrical teams helps reduce avoidable waiting and supports a more orderly transition between activities.
Recovery planning and milestone protection
Weather interruptions, access restrictions or changes in scope may require adjustments to the programme. Windaxis’s approach is to communicate the impact, agree priorities and coordinate practical recovery measures with the client. Schedule recovery must preserve approved safety and quality controls, with revised responsibilities and milestones clearly understood.
